Home Appointment Policy
Companion Pet Care operates on an appointment-only basis. Walk-in clients will be accommodated if possible, but may have a significant wait. We can always fit our clients' emergency cases into our schedule, and they shall always receive top priority followed by patients with previously scheduled appointments.

We offer convenient drop-off appointments for clients who are unable to bring their pets in at a specific time.

We request 24 hour notice if you will be unable to keep your scheduled appointment. By helping us manage our schedule more efficiently in this manner, you will be helping us to serve our patients more efficiently. If you miss more than one appointment without prior notification, or repeatedly reschedule appointments on short notice, we may request that you drop your pet off in the future for everyone's convenience.

Payment Policy
We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, cash and personal checks. We also offer various payment plans through CareCredit, a lending organization that specializes quick approval for veterinary cases. CareCredit applications are available any time at our office.

Patient Arrival Policy
For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area and exam rooms.

All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash. Other small pets must be kept in an enclosed container in the waiting room for their own protection.
